About me
Having been a keen runner since my early twenties, I found pilates in my thirties when I was looking for another form of exercise that would lengthen the tight muscles that running had created over the years. After a few sessions I was totally addicted, coming away each time feeling completely relaxed, de-stressed and like I could take on the World!
Within a few weeks, I started to notice the difference in my flexiblity, 2 months later the lower back pain I experienced from time to time had gone.
I was so convinced of the benefits of regular pilates and enjoyed it so much that I decided to train to become an instructor.  I completed this successfully gaining the YMCA Level 3 Diploma.
Now in my 50's and still running and now cycling, I love nothing more than sharing my passion with my students and watching their fitness and ability go from strength to strength.
